The AZ Awards is a global award hosted by AZURE, one of the most influential architectural design magazines in North America. It aims to recognize the best projects, products, and ideas in the world. The award was established in 2011. With its continuous improvement in influence and status, it has become a benchmark for international architecture awards widely recognized by the industry, attracting the most highly innovative entries around the world. A total of 1,209 entries from 57 countries were submitted this year. After two rounds of judging, 22 projects won in different categories, including excellent works such as the Vancouver House designed by BIG.

“This project is a beautiful synthesis of a museum program, an innovative site plan and the use of a traditional material — brick — in a very creative way.”
