Zhu Pei was invited to give a lecture at GSAPP Spring Lecture Series, Columbia University on Feb.1, 2016. Dean of GSAPP, Amale Andraos gave an introduction at the beginning of the lecture about Studio Pei-Zhu’s unique path of architectural creation with experimental and critical outlook over the last decade, and revealed the meaning of translation between contemporary culture and traditional philosophy reflected in architectures.
